Shipping Information

All orders will be shipped from London, Ontario, Canada, with Canada Post. In most cases, you will have 2 choices at the checkout:

1. Regular Shipping

• $5-15 depending upon the size of your order

• If you choose this option, please note that I do not take responsibility for any delayed or lost items.

2. Tracked Shipping

• $10-15 depending upon the size of your order.

• Includes both a tracking number and insurance.

• If you choose this option, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, I'm happy to exchange it for you or offer a refund. Email me at carolyn@meandc.ca with a note about why you want to return/exchange the item and we can figure it out from there.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs related to returning or exchanging your item by mail. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Third Party Retailers

I can't accept returns for items purchased from one of my retail partners. Please contact them directly with any questions or concerns.
